That should read "reported rapes by country"

Remember, under Sharia it takes four male Muslim witnesses to convict for rape, and the woman is dishonored forever. So it's not exactly a big surprise that women living under Sharia don't report rape that often.

You quietly ask Fillipina maids who have served as domestics in Qattar and other Gulf countries about the incidence of rape, you'll get quite a different answer.
