It shows, as I believe, that many cities such as Foster City even now have not recovered to their dot com peak. Noe Valley has recovered but many have not.

Back in 2004/2006 you didn’t believe median price was an accurate characterization of the housing market remember? Now you think it is. Sifting sands…..

You were trying to put forth an argument in 2002 that real estate in SV was continuing to go up in the middle of a crash, you thought we were HIGHER than 1999 prices, then.

Was I? Message 16096411 But more to my point, why should anyone believe your version of what was said 5 years ago? Show me the data, not opinion!

Once again you have been shown to make up whatever reality suits your mood. It’s an admirable quality in some circumstances, I guess. But I wonder if you actually have a point in attempting to call me out here? Unless, you have something constructive to contribute to what home prices will do this year and in the following years take it to PM.
