Tactical nukes targeting bin laden in the Territories would get him or not in your opinion. How many civilian casualties would there be? My point is that if you killed bin laden, zawahiri and a couple of hundred hard liners and a few goat only, you would do it. If there are 100,000 civilians killed, you dont. If we get a bead on where he is what do you think the results of such a surgical nuke strike would be?
