Michael, the only way to properly deal with AQ leaders in Pakistan is via the intel/SpecOps angle. Find them, Fix them, and then send in some "Hellfire" (the guided missile kind launched from a Predator) upon them.

Counter-insurgency just does not lend itself well to the "kill them all, let god sort them out" strategy.

If you want to radicalize the "muslim street" around the world against the US, just try using a nuke as a precision guided munition.

Again.. the idea is silly and I'm probably an idiot for "humouring" you as to the efficacy of such a tactic.
