Korea has it's own government, stable since before the Korean War. We never meddled openly in their internal affairs. But I'm certainly not adverse to bringing them home and stationing them on the Mexican border.

Iraq is the 51st state, dancing to DC, and sucking up more loot than all the other states combined. US doesn't like one president, why, they will get another. The Iraqi Air Force, Navy, Tank corps gonna defend home turf in the event of an outside invasion? LOL. The occupation forces will defend Iraq.

"EVERYWHERE ELSE there are UN peacekeepers."

So now we are UN peacekeepers in Iraq? That's gotta be the laugh of the day. Would that there were a UN force in Iraq. We could bring the Guard back to deal with natural disasters in their own states, not a man-made one clear across the world.
