What I have been hearing lately is less emphasis on Democratic reform or government BUT now we have to remain in Iraq to CONTAIN the
terrorists from coming here..

This is the latest reason. First was WMD.. Then to
unseat Saddam, then to establish Democracy and now to contain the terrorists..
