Aren't we still in Bosnia ... about 10 years since Clinton said we'd be out in a year....or are we part of the UN there? Yes and yes and yes. US Forces are still there including some SF. Prior to the onset of hostilities AKA the initiation of US attacks, Clinton stated the longest possible duration for US Forces in this conflict would not exceed one year. The UN passes an annual resolution extending the force there one year at a time.
