Could hizbolla split apart at some point over these tactics or over the issue of foreign persian control.

Hizbullah has always been a creature of Iran. What may happen is that some of the Lebanese Shia may split more openly from Hizbullah. But it's a tough business - the shia are located in the south, in Hizbullahland, and the Hizbullah are not shy about killing those who oppose them.

Where is the arab component in all of this? Shiaa will begin to be seen as 5th column in arab world in other countries

Begin? Wake up and smell the coffee, mike. They already are in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. Iraq we know about. In Syria, it's even dicier because the ruling thugs are Alawite, which is a splinter Shia sect.
