US attack on nukes can serve as a rallying cry to the iranian people based not on religion but on nationalism. I'm sure that would be the Iranian leaders plan but I'm not so sure that it wouldn't backfire in their face. If the US limited its destruction to the nuclear plants we might find that the more liberated Iranians, while they might not like it, might understand the reasoning of the US in not allowing the Mullahs the "bomb". Especially if we preceded the strike with the appropriate covert ops in support of the pro seculars......
