Now heres how that might translate into domestic politics.

1. Obama is a lightweight. You are old enough to remember how krushchev tried to take kennedy apart after the bay of pigs and that almost led to nuclear war during the CBM.
2. Hillary who i like may be too divisivea and her hubby will always be an albatross with a possible babe eruption around her neck. Also it would yield bush/clinton/bush/clinton in politics for 35 years if she made it thru two terms, starting in 1980 with bush as veep.
3. Lets try gore/obama ticket. Gore sets what liberals consider wrong result in 2000. I am a believer in naitonal vote and never happy with minority presidents even with florida reslult standing. Gore has international credentials beyond any other world leader. Obama is a walking melting pot. Gore has been a tough pol and there is no reason why we should think he wouldnt know how to respond to an al quaeda threat or attack. He wouldnt make the mistake obama made in the first debate nor could world leaders dismiss him.
4. I cant vote for any republican regardless of how i feel on other issues until one of them breaks with current iraq policy bs.
