Big File (9 Meg), but VERY INTERESTING reading on Al Qai'da operations in the Horn of Africa during the period 1992-94. This corresponds to the documents I linked to related to Saddam's orders for his intelligence service to arrange coordination with terrorist groups to attack "American interests". ctc.usma.edu At the very least, if will give you an idea of how valuable document exploitation has been in understanding how Al Qai'da, and associated Jihadist groups, operate (and the difficulties they face).
