Is there the slightest, teeniest bit of difference in your mind between "not being a rubber stamp for Israel" and demanding nothing from the Palestinians at all - NOTHING - no matter how they behave? If they behave responsibly, demand nothing. If they join Al Qaeda and practice wholesale terrorism, still demand nothing. All the while demand things from Israel.

The Palestinians don't have much incentive to behave responsibly under your scheme, do they?

If I have misstated your definition of "not being a rubber stamp for Israel" please explain what things you would demand from BOTH sides.
