I prefer to talk to my neighbor, when there is a real/perceived disagreement, rather than take my truck down to break his fence.... What if you could see your neighbor was building a trebuchet and started lobbing water balloons over into your yard? And then a big truck delivers some unknown chemical substance to his driveway and he starts filling the balloons with that? By the way, I prefer talking to my neighbor too and will leave no stone unturned as long as I'm sure he's not trying to kill me.
