This line of discussion came about when I posted that North Korea has agreed to dismantle its nuke facilities. The agreement was reached with not a shot fired. Same way US will reach agreement with Russia on missile defence systems, with not a shot fired. Same way as India has reached agreement with Pakistan on notifying each other before missile launches, so intentions are clear and known in advance.

In each case, talk has delivered more than blood.
