North Korea has a history of selling whatever they can sell with no ethical restraint. If you believe they would make an exception for fissile material / nuclear bombs then you are correct that we will have to agree to disagree.

I am glad we can do it amicably. What a difference between this subject and the formerly interesting subject this sprang from.
