Updated employee stock purchase plan. A link to the s8 registration is at this link siliconinvestor.com My daughter is not letting me get a good read of the program :-) but it seems like they can buy shares on a regular basis at a discount of 15% to the market on the date of purchase. Brian Alleman made a separate purchase(although small) earlier this month. I am hoping that it is a good sign of things to come for the company. I am wondering if they got this in place first in and now we will hear some news about the company. With the second quarter being closed out this weekend, we should hear something within the next month although I am thinking it will be earlier. Good luck out there Neal
