Robert, I see the ZLG thread has tried their best to tackle this question of a "lock-up" as well. The 18% or so return based on the $25 buyout price is probably equal to the risk in the stock. How much do you know about TPG and the quality of their credit? Who are the principals behind this group? I'm assuming that a definitive agreement on financing has not been reached. Who was TPG's banker on the previously done deals? On another score, ATT is said to be in talks with GTE on the wires this morning. A micro-cap networker I'm following is making good headway; the name is Hadron, HDRN, OTC-BB, last 1 5/16. Not for those of faint heart. MG:
