Crony,

What you say may be true but I am choosing to take a more optimistic look at things and I will tell you why. I agree that Crestview could just be trying to support the price before the end of the quarter. But being one of Simtek's largest shareholders and the fact that they are buying and not selling I am interpreting to mean that they are still bullish and comfortable with the Simtek story. If they had doubts at all, I think they would be selling.

And as for Alleman and Sartore, yes they may have been told to buy some shares but that is a 5000 dollar purchase that they have made and this is the second dip for Alleman. Being the CFO, I would think he is in a unique position to see the good things coming down the line. And I don't see him throwing $10,000 dollars at Simtek over a 2 or 3 month period of time. He also made his last purchase at about a buck a share higher. If he thought that things were so bad or if the cc would have been received badly, I think he would have waited until after the cc to make his purchases.

Just my opinion on the matter. Good luck.

Neal
