If you look at what they bought from the 2nd of august through the 8th, it comes to closer to 60,000 shares. If you add the 20,000 odd shares that they have bought intermittently in the past couple of months, they are close to adding 80,000 shares, or increasing their Simtek holdings by about 3%. To make the math easier, if you take an average price of $5 a share, you are talking about spending another $400,000 on Simtek stock. I would agree that it doesn't sound trivial. Insiders have been buying. I take that as a very good sign.
