Crony, From what I hear, the main reason for the downgrade is related more to the overall market rather than issues with Simtek growth. Some nice news this morning. Seems like this guy is a nice addtion to the Simtek board, especially since he was CEO of a raid company. biz.yahoo.com The pieces are in place for Simtek. Now what we need is the delivery. Neal
