That's not what I read. Increase from 25% to 33%, and this is after all up front costs have been retrieved.
I also read that the cities and towns are going deep into debt to keep up with the influx of people.
The people of Canada and Alberta own the oil, not the oil companies.
We have a duty to future generations to get top compensation for a depleting resource and not leave a filthy polluted mess.
I say again--- If the oil companies can't make money than the price of oil is still too low to justify the oil sands.
