Robin. From the report which everyone should look at... Currently the fair share for oil sands is 47% to the government (euphemistically put as Albertans) and 53% to the operator. Proposed fair share is 64% government 36% oil company... albertaroyaltyreview.ca not a business for me... but those are the sensational numbers there is more meat inside where some things 'may' mitigate the effects..
