They are already paying the 25% on some "older" production.
So the 33% rate would would be an additional 8% on that oil.
80 cents on your $10 increase.

I don't know what I am missing.
I live here. It is going to affect me more than someone in Cal. or Ohio. So far I am all for it btw. My feeling is that it isn't that onerous.

One interesting thing I have found in my travels today is the effect of the rising loonie, for COS every cent has a 4cent/unit impact. That from the 2007 Guidance Document.
