Usually when I look for stocks to buy I check insider activity. And I don't pay attention to insider selling the stock. They have to sell for tax purposes and to diversify. What I look for is insiders buying the stock. That is a plus. Don't think HB came to Hayes and told them to buy the stock or else. Nobody would buy $150K worth of stock even if they threaten to fire you. So I view this as a positive event. Market is very bad. All the money are going to large caps. Small caps are neglected. We just have to wait until the money go to small caps and hope the company doesn't disappoint with the revenues.
