Elroy notice this was written almost three years ago so it was way too early and since then prices went much higher with an even stronger currency. Also notice in that article the years of the biggest losses last cycle corresponded to the years of biggest declines in Los Angeles and NYC.. Most likely 2008-09 will be the years of serious decline and our long anticipated shallow recession in there somewhere..
