I wouldn't put much value into those transactions. Those guys make tons of money (at our expense). And $10K is peanuts to them. They might as well do this buying to prop the stock.

Or they are just clueless like that director who bought 35000 shares from HB even though he knew the business is bad and the downside revision would follow.
