It would be the end of HB's job so he may not be too anxious for this deal unless they offer him some big incentives himself. All in all I think the chances of this deal going through are less than even. It's actually the best sign yet that Simtek has winning technology and is just under capitalized and mismanaged. We'll see what happens.
