What is the question exactly.. If the question is: If that count is correct, than don't we need to go down in 5 and up in 3.. The answer is yes. "Not ABC corrections" it will eventually be ABC no matter what, just that if it is a large degree ABC (like that chart suggests) than the ABC will end in the previous 4th of less degree...and there will be a lot of 5 down 3 ups within that structure.
