CY has nvsram sonos process running at another plant

and what may be more important, cypress doesn't give any mention of Simtek, yet again. It seems that Cypress is still hoping to get Simtek on the cheap. They haven't mentioned Simtek at all when it comes to these types of announcements for the past several years. I am thinking that it has been a plan at Cypress to buy Simtek for years. With the way the original deal with Cypress was done, especially when Simtek was in trouble, I think that Cypress thought they would be able to buy Simtek much cheaper than the present price because of the financial difficulties. I am guessing HB made that much more difficult. Now, with Simtek potentially on the precipice of great success, Cypress does not want to let go and sees this as the last chance to get Simtek at a sort of sale price. I just hope that shareholders don't get left holding the bag on this one but I would have thought it would have been easy to sell shareholders out if that is what HB wanted to do. I think he wants to keep Simtek independent and turn it into a success to prove he can do it.

Just my opinion though. Good luck.

Neal
