I posted recently this chart of $VIX below. Since then, the index declined and broke the low which it made in late February (red line). Ergo, since January we have both a lower high and a lower low. The bounce of the past few days is in danger of "failing" - a dip under 22.36 will make the bounce into a "three-waver". (the recent action is not on the chart)
