Can someone make sense of this one for me ?? This Rising Wedge formation from March 11th or so is most everywhere I look. I did Turn Dates differently here .. at the Top of the Box with no box just horiz lines Top and bottom. Inner box Crossovers are ignored for now. Even though the VIX is very Low .. look at the recent chop or volatility in the Chart itself. It tells me .. we're not in Kansas anymore.
