Can't help you much with your chart - I'm no Gann-er - but the fact that VIX is testing the Oct lows while the markets made a meaningful but so far unspectacular retracement - is bearish. Friday Candles - VIX traced out a Shooting Star, while INDU, OEX, SPX, and arguably COMPX made a Hanging man. UGA and (maybe) USO did the same. When topping patterns keep getting negated by other topping patterns, more often than not they end up "working out".
