So when we talk about a equally efficient competitor, what exactly does that mean? If it was equal to Intel making Intel products then it would be Intel and we could use their cost basis.

Anyways, we've moved on. I've acknowledged that there's debate over the legitimacy of the EEC test. It's been both successfully and unsucessfully applied in real court cases. I don't know how much more you can add to the discussion at this point.
