I don't regularly track global indexes, but I have no problem seeing the US OTC's as having had a bib "B" up to last October.

I'll tell you, I gave up long ago trying to establish that all sectors are doing the same thing. I find there is little use in trying to make sure that all of would be confirming each other. The fact is, very often they don't.
