I'm just trying to be the devil's advocate here, in an attempt to smoke out whether Cosan is a worthwhile investment.

Perhaps it would make sense to import Brazilian ethanol to nearby states like Florida, and use it in cars that burn E85. But if Brazilian ethanol is so cheap, why aren't they doing this already? The way gasoline is rising, you'd think they could overcome the tariff by now. Gas just hit $4.30 gallon here yesterday.
