That's one of the fulla shit reports. USDA said a 17% reduction in crops in Iowa. 17% hasn't been planted yet and 20% is under water. Replant with beans? Beans like it dry and the replant is because it's wet.

The USDA will trickle out the bad news to stop spikes in prices.
