Once again I agree. I'm not sure why the bears are trying to eek out that last 5%. Real Estate isn't like stocks. There may never be a "trade" between now and -5% from now and before you know it you're at +10%. My suggestion to all is put out lowball bids and see if you get hit. If you do, don't look back. I've just done it and I am giddy with excitement to live the American dream once again.
