Sidney,

It is so difficult to tell. Semi stocks are in the doldrums right now and are helping to lead the market down. And Simtek has been a difficult stock to predict. It all depends on what happens with its subsidiary, Agiga Tech and its new chips and how soon it gets things into production. Simtek could go bankrupt or it could go to $50 if Agiga Tech lives up to its billing. Sartore, who heads up Agiga Tech, is a smart guy and a good entrepeneur. I don't think he needs the money he gets as a salary based on what he has made in the past but I do think he wants to succeed and put another notch in his engineer chops so I am standing pat for right now and hanging on with Simtek. Simtek is definitely for the strong stomached investor.
