I just don't know what the cycles are saying. We should have bottomed before this. At least the $RUT (so far) has bottomed when it could. I just threw out a short term bearish scenario it seems like the market wants to continue lower. RSI, slow stochs, and MACD positive divergences on the daily and 60 minute charts just don't seem to mean anything.
