I do have some relatives who are cash buyers of property at the moment, and trying to get a deal (aka a property price that would look almost worthwhile 18 months from now) is difficult. People do and will hang on in desperateness which makes it all more desperate and painful. Ya have to pay todays price to buy anything, and the buyers need to dry up first -g-

...but we rumble on downward until real inflation rockets and capitulation occurs.

Once you still have a good credit rating at the bottom, you are a winner.
