Hi Ray, 30 cents on the dollar is painful to anyone. Enought to make sure the politicians don't have to pay anything and the people will make money on the deal. We shouldn't consider the time value of money at this point. Bottom line - you don't give deadbeats money - even if politicians say it is multiculturally correct. JMHO Bob
