Yeah, WTF is this horse$hit about "holding to maturity" - like the bad 2nds are going to magically recover if you hold 'em long enough?!? "He's not dead, he's a pinin' for the fjords" Bernanke is a first-rate ass, and now I KNOW he's committing fraud. There is no doubt in my mind he knows those 2nds are worthless, and no amount of water, sunshine, and time will reanimate them. He's a f***ing liar. Seriously, it's time for the man to be prosecuted.
