Sam, re >Cramer refers to as the fortress banks, such as JPM, WFC and probably BAC. Isn't that pure Darwin? Isn't that simply "the rich get richer..."?< It's also setting up more financial institutions that are "too big to fail" We should require them to split up so that each part CAN fail without creating financial tidal waves [like AT&T was split up]
