Oil is in free fall and yet no production cut from OPEC.
Are the Saudis trying to break the oil sands? This would not be the first time Opec cut off the hands of high cost production.Ten yrs ago they flooded the market with oil and drove the price to $10.Knowing we are headed for a near depression are they taking advantage of the week demand to send the oil sand projects to the bottom of the sea of oil?

Many oil sand projects were built at the top of high costs in the market. The debt in effect was lock in at the highs. Some oil sand operators are now in the jaws of the trap. The question is will the Saudis now move in for the kill?

You can be the judge. Friend or Foe???
