The whole slide was caused by zero reserve, and repealsion of the Glass Steagall. That would have been courtesy of the Gramm Leach Bill in late 1999. The same Phil Gramm by the way, that would probably be appointed Secy of the Treasury by one of our candidates. I appreciate that you are such a learned source of American history.
