OT: You may find this site interesting. It lists all of the existing foreclosures and pre-foreclosure properties. Click on any state and it will show you the counties.
Roll over the county with your cursor and it gives you the number of foreclosures and the ratio for that county.
Click on a county and it gives you the listings. To the right of each listing there is a "Map It" feature that puts the area up on a map and breaks it down into government owned, pre-foreclosure, bank owned, etc...(California and Michigan are two of the more interesting states.)
