Probably. Remember, ACORN is in it to get votes for their left-wing social agenda. Can't ask for a picture ID, because that wouldn't be "fair" to poor and minorities (and people who can't drive):

So what's the alternative? Just live with it and pretend that only 0.1% of the votes may be fraudulent? Funny how Florida was won (or lost, depending on your POV) by a margin much smaller than 0.1%, and that was enough for Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and other "defenders" of the poor and minorities to cry foul.
