This is certainly a good spot for a 4th wave. Could be a triangle developing. Not entirely clear in what dimension, though. It should be 4 of 3, most likely, with another swing down still pending - before a larger rally begins, likely into next year ( the 4th of the entire bear market to date).

(don't mean to sound excessively confident - this is simply the likely course if (IF) Mr. Market is in the mood to follow typical fractal patterns... -g)
