I read the article in Discover recently about vanadium batteries and to say it peaked my interest is an understatement. I started checking online and came across VRB Power Systems which ultimately got me here.

First of all what's going on with the stock? Is this company dieing, is there something better out there now, new or better type of battery. I was going to buy some stock but the way it has dropped has me wondering if this company will survive.

Second question and I apologize if this has been talked about already, I didn't go back and read earlier posts yet.

Is this battery feasible for a home solar storage device or is it too expensive, geared to larger installations. I may be building in a few years and am considering putting in solar with battery storage. Have any of you seem any cost for this battery?
