All of the following opportunities are being developed under the leadership of one or more of Greater China’s Directors and Advisors:
China Automobile Recreation Club (“CARC”) This organization (or “Club”) gives members, the right to access a growing number of retreats located within easy driving distance of the 30 largest cities in China. Each site is located in a beautiful natural setting such as on a lake, by the mountains, on a river, or at the shore. CARC profits from usage fees, annual membership and real-estate appreciation.
China Fruit Canning Company This is China’s best known and highest quality exporter of canned fruit. It sells to U.S. hospitals, prisons, military bases, schools and even retailers like COSTCO and will be expanding in other parts of the world as well as in China itself.
Dragon Beach Development Corporation. Dragon Beach is a major resort development near Danang, Vietnam. It includes over 1,000 acres of prime beach-front property. The Province of Quang Nam where Dragon Beach is located has petitioned the Central Government to grant nine casino/hotel licenses for the property.
Greater China Art Fund. “GCAF” will purchase, sell, lease and sub-lease all types of high quality art in order to generate both current income and capital appreciation. GCAF is designed to be a publicly traded company so that collectors can exchange their art for shares and other investors can own a part of a growing portfolio of valuable art from around the world.
Marcelka (Global Direct Sales). Direct sales of health and beauty products is a field that prospers in difficult times by empowering sales people to become independent entrepreneurs. This company is being built around a team of successful professionals from the industry.
Solar*Magic This unique system has three advantages: a) A new design in photovoltaic cell processing which is significantly more efficient. b) A proprietary auto-tracking system that moves with the sun and seasons. c) Immediate conversion of solar energy into usable A/C electricity that can flow directly into a home or building, thus avoiding utility company charges. The net result is a system that provides 65% more cell efficiency and 5 times more electrical capacity than competing systems. (Also Includes Mongolia and COMPONOFORM™).
Tong Ren Tang. Wellness Centers. These spa-like wellness centers are based upon the treatments and products of China’s oldest and most prestigious herbal treatment company, Tong Ren Tang which was started in 1669 under the Qing Dynasty.
Turtlesnap Ventures This is a unique Venture Capital Incubator which fosters innovation and job-creation. It couples the disciplines of Venture Capital with the ability to start and develop successful for-profit as well as not-for-profit enterprises. |
